3 years ago Thanks @Cave42 for the presentation of this shiny tool a couple days ago.
It was well-timed for me because I was in the middle of making some changes to the r4ss phase plots, described at https://github.com/r4ss/r4ss/issues/5#issuecomment-742897951. I realized during the talk that Stock Synthesis provides not only uncertainty in the chosen Bratio and SPRratio metrics, but also the correlation among them.
You're welcome to adapt any ideas or code from there that might be helpful here.
An important, but complex issue, as
not all metrics may have uncertainty
could make plots cluttered
Ideas would be
to make an uncertainty circle around points
a separate plot that shows uncertainty as a biplot
Other ideas?
