@Cave this was fixed
please let us know if there are any other issues

It worked perfectly for 14/15 on 4/23 between 10:00-10:07am. One had a balance rule that satisfied.
This morning 4/24 I received only 9/20 alerts between 10:00-10:09am. I will check again tomorrow and update this thread.
4/25: 8/20 alerts between 10:00-10:08am.
4/26: 7/20 alerts between 10:00 and 10:08am. I also noticed that my Discover CC which was normally the first balance sent was showing as disconnected. I also thought that my balance alerts set on the manual accounts may have caused the issue and so I disabled the balance alerts on those last night.
4/27: 9/20 alerts between 10:00-10:08am.
4/28: 19/40 alerts between 10:00-10:07am.
4/29: 6/40 alerts between 10:00-10:10am. (edited)

did the balance change between these days?

did the balance change between these days?
Cave — 04/30/2024 9:28 AM
Yes, the balances changed significantly on several. The investment balances change every day but Sunday due to market fluctuations. My CCs change 6/7 days a week. The discover depository accounts change almost every day. The pods/ports change only as as I manually test them, but should always show zero. The ones that alert are a blend of those that change but mostly those that do not. If it will help debug the issue I can let you know which specific accounts alerted. I may include that anyway for completeness sake. (edited)

Hi Cave,
I checked the alerts from 4/29, and it seems that most alerts weren't sent because the balances didn't change between days.
Please provide a few account names, and I'll investigate further.

Ok, I see what is happening now. I had created the new Pods/Ports and they showed the first day afterward even though the balance was zero. They balance had "changed" from non-existent to zero. That anchored me on all balances should be sent and not just those that change. Knowing this I double checked the list and Sequence is indeed sending balances that change.
I was also expecting to see my Discover Depository accounts, but apparently there was a hiccup last Friday the 19th and the Discover Password got locked out. I had Discover Reset it and then clicked to reconnect Discover More CC and that worked, but the Discover Depositories do not have a reconnect button that appeared and the balances have not refreshed since Friday. I had to disable my round down rule as the balance was higher. I have clicked on Inaccurate balances once per day but nothing seems to trigger an auto refresh? Does the inaccurate balance send an alert to someone to investigate? I also tried re-adding the accounts but it said I would need to delete the current ones first and I do not want to do that as I have a number of rules that would be deleted also. Is there any way to get this restarted without deleting those two nodes in the graph? Thanks for any suggestions. The password did not change, I just had Discover unlock the account.

Hi Cave,
the Discover Depositories do not have a reconnect button that appeared and the balances have not refreshed since Friday
The 'reconnect' button will only be displayed if the account is disconnected. In this case, the accounts are still connected, but the balances are outdated. Upon checking, I noticed that the balances were last updated on April 19th.
Let me check further and update again on this.

The inaccurate balance, it sends an alert to our support team.

Unfortunately, the most reliable solution would be to delete and add it again. Anyway, let me check again if I have a better solution.

So I was going to use an old trick and create a temporary pod for each discover account and swing the rules temporarily there prior to deletion (as I assume when I delete the account node the rules will be deleted.)
I had no problem swinging the rules where the account was a target of a transfer, but I cannot figure out how to change the rules where it is a source of funds for transfer? Is there a way to do this that I am unaware of?
I also use this account in several conditions in rules where it is neither a source nor target of the transfer itself, but I am checking some aspect of this account. If I must delete and readd the account what happens to conditions against this account where the account is neither a source or target of funds? Are they also eliminated?
IF I still have to delete and readd I will need to document all rules that refer to the account in any way. I can do that, but this leads me to a couple of suggestions about exporting rules and accounts with details so I do not need to manually take screenshots of each rule and account in cases like this. Thanks. (edited)

Any update on this?
Nothing has cleared or changed on my side. If I do not hear anything by EOD I will document all transfer rules/conditions then drop and readd these accounts and then recreate all rules and conditions that refer to these accounts.

I went through this manual process late on 5/3. The balances for both Discover accounts have been updating as expected on 5/4 and 5/5!
I would not want to go through this with my primary investment cash account as it is the hub of all my cash flow transfers! Hopefully a "Force Reconnect" button can be added to each account settings dialog as a workaround eventually.
