Sequence (Thread Bank) link for ACH fails #3

I was trying to add a bank to the list of Depository banks. I did not see it in the dropdown list. When I tried adding it by the bank routing number it showed incorrectly as Stessa. It should show it as Sequence (or perhaps Thread Bank as Sequence uses Thread Bank in a similar way that Wealthfront uses Green Dot Bank to act as banking service provider.)

If you have the ability to manually add it to my account please do so. I have three other accounts from this bank I need to add at this time. Thanks for your help.

I just uploaded my April Statement. The account is held at Thread bank. This is one of several accounts I want to link into Wealthfront. Sequence-Thread-8099.pdf. Please let me know if you need anything else to set up a connection to pull from this bank. Thanks!

Hi Cave,

Since this statement doesn't display a ton of information, there is a chance our Team may request an additional document. However, at this time, we have made a temporary adjustment so that you can proceed with manually entering your routing and account numbers. Please note this process will need to be started within 24 hours or the adjustment will need to be made again.

Here's how this process works:

1) Log in to our full Website (not mobile) > click your name in the top right corner > Settings > on the left, from the list of My Accounts, click on the name of your Wealthfront account > select Add new bank account > click I don't see my bank > follow the prompts to enter your account information

This will initiate two small trial deposits, which typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

2) After the two small trial deposits arrive in your bank account, log in to our full Website again (not mobile) > click your name in the top right corner > Settings > on the left, under the list of My Accounts, click on the name of your account > there you will see Pending bank account verification. Enter the amount of the two trial deposits in the text boxes to enable your bank account for ACH transfers.

Please note that you should not enter the decimal point beforehand, so as an example if you received 12 cents and 25 cents, you should enter "12" and "25" on our website.

3) Once steps 1 and 2 have been completed, you account will be available for deposits and withdrawals by selecting Transfer money

I have begun linking all my flow through pods to Wealthfront. All are in a pending state. IF you have a Pod/Port that has an active rule, especially one that is "on deposit". Please disable these as they can sweep the micro deposits out before they are swept back to the FI! I had it happen with PNC. 🙃
