Put all main tunnel surveys into common coordinate system #20

Needs to regenerate all.svx, subselect the cave section and re-import for 161 and 204

Delete old frame sketches no longer needed with it.

Just uploaded 161oldmenB.tiff and discovered the connection I didn't know about from 161 to runnel stone reported in http://expo.survex.com/years/2015/logbook.html
