Clean out and rerender caves into the geotiffsurveys directory. See issue #32

For tidying the geotiffsurveys directory

[x] copy shapefiles of centrelines out of geotiffsurveys to qgis_resources
[x] copy geotiffsurveys to geotiffsurveys_backup
[x] render and upload all of eastof204
[x] render and upload all of above204
[x] render and upload all of above258
[x] render and upload all of northof258
[x] render and upload all of westof204
[x] render and upload 204
[x] render and upload 258
[x] render and upload 161 sections
[ ] convert remaining 161 survey scans to geotiff
