Tunnocks remaining survey work

• [x] Draw up and scan snakecharmer2 (Becka)
• [x] trace up the missing snakecharmer stuff on George's computer
• [x] Connect background image rectangles to sections of surveys they draw
• [x] sort out possible mess round Grike of the Earth (2 x QMAs exist? unfathomable stupidity in wrong place?)
• [x] whatwouldyourmothersay survey drawup
• [x] merge in all surveys, add QMs and get Hydra ready to print
• [x] check if imported The Beast into main survey
• [x] import main lower tunnocks and the Beast into overall Tunnocks survey
• [x] add colours to all subsets
• [x] print full Tunnocks survey
• [x] Render components to geotiffs

The missing survey should be in 2016#27 whatwouldyourmothersay which has 5 note scans but nothing drawn up
