"Accept all warnings" #174

Sometimes I don't feel like entering LRUDs or don't have them. Same with Backsights. Should be possible to accept and ignore all warnings rather than having to acknowledge each: this will save a lot of time in data import

Is this with the survex importer or is the warnings coming out of the cavewhere editor?

The cavewhere editor throws warnings for stuff imported from survex. Every unfilled box (mostly LRUDs and backsights, depending on survey) has the little :warning: symbol; I can acknowledge each manually, but that's a huge pain.
