"Hide" scrap #188

When stuff gets re-skecthed, it would be useful to be able to keep existing older scraps (including all survey station locations on them), but to "hide" them from the 3d and export view.

I'm currently in the process of implementing this. The qt3d branch has some of these changes, but it's half done.
