CaveWhere should report the potential warping error based on STDEV of cwNoteTransform #197

When the cwNoteTransform is update, CaveWhere should calculate the standard deviation of both the Scale and the Up. This will tell the user if the sketch is drawn to scale or not. It'll also tell the user how bad the sketch is.
