RFE: globally turn off profile or plan layers #205

In some complicated multi-level caves with closely overlying levels, visible profile or plan views make it harder to understand passage in 3D isometric views (as they obscure other passage or parts of sketch). It should be possible to globally turn off profile or plan layers to handle this.

I have a development branch for this. This is a highly requested feature, that I need to complete.
