CaveWhere should correctly namespace stations on import. #209

Cavehwere draws trip names from *begin trip_prefix but does not correctly namespace ("prefix" in walls nomenclature) surveys, so every trips station 1 is superimposed. The end result is this CaveWhere cave from this Survex data: 2023-05-04-123553_7600x1440_scrot 2023-05-04-123641_7600x1440_scrot
