Make a call when application is in background and sleep mode(ios version 5) #583

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  I am using TCP connection for receiving call when application is in 
background , on Lock-screen and in sleep mode in. Added parameter in plist but 
I am unable to receive call on iPhone 5 when application is running in 
background or sleep mode.
2. I am using asterisk server as a SIP server.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Receive a call  when application is in background and sleep mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest pjproject-2.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
