Negitive lava and notify neighbor of state change #24

i was using an endest furnace with one efficiency 1 speed and one lava upgrade. i filled the furnace twice before deciding to switch to power so i pulled the lava upgrade out with 43mb of lava remaing and put the power in. to my surprise it didn't start taking power nor did my enderio conduit connect. pulled the power upgrade out and put the lava upgrade in thinking that was the problem and the furnace continued smelting to 0 mb... then proceded past 0mb to -100 mb where I broke the furnace to reset it. when i put the power upgrade in the conduit didnt connect so i broke and replaced the conduit to force it to update. Im guessing that the power update doesn't trigger a block update for state change?

That negative mb of lava is an issue. The furnaces don't trigger a block update.
