Game crashes when player attempts to join the server #1666

Pack Version: [PO3-3.4.8] Pack Mode (Normal, Titan, Kappa): Normal Singleplayer, Multiplayer, or LAN?: Multiplayer

Description: Server worked fine for a day or two, then suddenly completely froze up, crashed and now we cannot re-join at all. Steps to reproduce: Join the server lmao

In server.properties put max-tick-time=-1. It seems someone may have done something they shouldn't.
