I can't place or break blocks, nor interact with anything on my friends server. pack version 3.4.6 #1681

Use the search function before reporting to see if the issue has been reported before.

Pack Version: 3.4.6 Pack Mode (Normal, Titan, Kappa, Mythic): Kappa Singleplayer, Multiplayer, or LAN?: multiplayer server

Description: I can't break or place anything, nor interact with anything, but other people can. I happened after my friend restarted the server.

Steps to reproduce:

Crash log (use pastebin or issue will be closed):

Try asking your friend to make you OP on the server.
