End Cake not bringing me to the End #1699

Pack Version: 3.4.10 Pack Mode (Normal, Titan, Kappa, Mythic): Kappa Singleplayer, Multiplayer, or LAN?: Singleplayer

Description: Using an End Cake doesn't seem to work under any circumstance. I placed it in the world, fed it ender eyes until it was full, and when I right click it it teleports me to a specific spot nearby and gives the message "Please craft a Eye of Ender to enter the End". It consumes a charge of the cake as well. Tried to destroy the cake and make a new one in a different location, same result.

Steps to reproduce: Place an End cake and try to use it by right clicking eye of ender into it, then right click it once it is full. Crash log (use pastebin or issue will be closed): [10:00:43] [Client thread/INFO]: Automatic stack replacement. [10:00:44] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] Please craft a Eye of Ender to enter the End [10:02:23] [Server thread/WARN]: Fetching addPacket for removed entity is the only thing that shows up when I try to travel to the end

EDIT: Also tried to force travel to the end by using commands to place an end portal on the player. The same outcome happens, I do not teleport to the end but back to that original spot and the same message appears like I was trying to use an End Cake with no charges.

After a lot of messing around, I happened to craft a stack of Eye of Ender. When I did, a message at the bottom of my screen appeared "End Unlocked!" and now everything is back to normal. Weird, but fixed
