Nether doesnt work

all forms of nether teleport do not work.

Made flint and steel. Just does the swirl animation likes its going to teleport me but doesnt.

Did you add/update/remove any mods?

This issue seems most likely lag/tick skipping.

the only mod i added was optifine for shaders.

turn the shaders off then try again.

If that doesn't work then remove optifine.

we're good. I crafted another flint and steel and now it works. werid.

Game probably didn't realize you crafted it the first time.
