Health Regeneration #86

With the configs it's already possible to set the Number of Base Hearts. Could you add a config to disable the base regeneration? And maybe also add something like Bandages and Healing Kits that give regeneration effect?

Sorry, those are absolutely out of scope for this mod. Max health is the only thing we've ever affected.
