Enhance conditions notification with 'Map' option #176

The existing notification doesn't provide a direct mechanism for the user to learn more about the weather. Add an option to view the local map so they can see where the weather was reported.

Closing as wontfix - direction+distance in notification solves immediate need. also, want to keep the notifications clean
