New website

This sequence of commits is implementing the new website. A demo is available here: https://www.inf.unibz.it/~ceccarello/role-of-dimensionality/distributions.html

Some things are still to fix:

• [x] The RC measure does not pull the correct files in the distribution plot
• [x] The Pareto frontier is not correct for some combinations of measures
• [x] Add grid lines
• [x] Add all metrics in the sqlite database (i.e. address #15 )
• [x] Select k using drop down menus

Implements some other changes other than the new website. Not the cleanest handling of branches on my part, as usual
