Flex/Grid Layouts #2

While my work uses a combination of margin/floats, this is in the 'content' portion of the page. But menu's and everything else are using bootstraps layouts.

This needs to library needs to follow suit.

Using Flex's and Grids are going to help the library function on bigger/smaller windows as well as mobile phones.

This is resolved for now... might need to enhance it over time but I think this will do for now.
