DXF and PDF templates for ISO838 V4 are WRONG! #22

Hi guys, in the europe iso838 file release the templates in PDF and DXF have a wrong distance between center holes. Seems like they were never updated when the switch from v2 to v3 was made! The distance between the center holes, as reported in https://github.com/Cederb/Faceshield.nu/issues/4#issuecomment-605923706, should be ~68mm
