Please forgive me if I'm just overlooking something but I'm unable to locate a changelog or extrapolate changes for the model below from the git commit history.

You may or may not be aware that your v3 model has undergone review and recommended when fabricated as instructed by the NIH which is a very important feature of your (and others) model to Medical Institutions in the US.
While seemingly simple if a changelog can be included, at least for this model, members of the community can better alert NIH of updates and get them approved faster. Currently users visiting the NIH website seem to be downloading an old (NIH approved) version however on the other hand some users are seeking this out due to its standing with NIH and obtaining it from either github or YouImagine and are obtaining a version technically not approved, v5.
I understand the differences may be marginal and the request nuanced however I think this very simple solution will have a very critical benefit.
