Step file for design changes for europe design

I am only giving the STEP files out in direct contact, personally and i am not going to upload it at the moment, since i do not see it having a positive effect.

Everyone seems to have their idea about some small change, and a hundred almost identical versions doesn't really help anyone, but just adds a whole lot of confusion about what version to print etc, and that is not what we need today.
