Engine Rewrite

As promised, a WIP rewrite of the repository in C++ with classes and stuff.

Todo

• [x] Create & destroy windows
• [x] App class that controls the window (currently only 1 window, but support for more can be added later)
• [ ] Add documentation to functions etc.
• [ ] Complete the Renderer class
• [ ] Handle file I/O for shaders and whatever other files are needed
• [ ] Handle user input
• [ ] Handle more GLFW events
• [ ] Incorporate other PRs and add their creators as co-authors so as to not overwrite already resolved issues

Maybe add

• [ ] Cbengine API (perhaps with C compatiblility)

• Closes #6

• Likely will close all current issues and PRs

@Ceebox before I continue to add stuff to PRs, are they going to be accepted or reviewed in the near future? I noticed that there isn't a CONTRIBUTING or contributors document or a section of the README.md that says anything about it. I rather not devote energy where it can be better used elsewhere. I'm sure others who've made PRs and pointed out issues would say the same.

I don't really have time to correctly review PRs. My big exams are in about 2 months so I am revising. I'll get back to this in less than a week.

Hi CeeBox, hopefully all is well. I am graduating high school in about a week :). Anyways, I'm gonna be kinda busy getting that all set up and next steps for education and what not. Is the engine still something you plan on working on over next couple months (perhaps longer)?
