Fix for "Find a pub" button has 2px instead of 4px - Update SectionHero.css #397

Fix for https://github.com/Celebr8/frontend/issues/316. Just updated the main "Find a pub" button in SectionHero.css (vs. updating the generic style in marketplace.css) since the issue was a little ambiguous
