Google Play Achievements dont unlock challenges #3

I just migrated to a new phone and the challenges didn't unlock for me even though I have the achievements completed. I can't for the life of me figure out how I did challenge 8, so I can't recreate it.

Is challenge 8 the final challenge or the second to last? I guess its not too hard to make challenges re-unlock if you have the achievement. However, for myself it makes it easier to test out if my things are working if I can simply reset my app data, and since I am signed in, it would just unlock itself again. Though I guess I could add a "restore progress" button. We'll see how much effort I'm willing to put into this.
