FileStructure not re-calculated even if clicking on "Rescan all" #204

Hi,

I think this is linked to issue #203: as Thomas was pointing it out on the 13th of May, the FileStructure is not reloading if structure files exist. In the GUI, this is the case even if one clicks on "Rescan all". To test this, I simply changed the filenames in the folder with the same plate and well names, and nothing changed in the meta data ; it did not even need another naming scheme although the file names were completely different. And indeed, no images could be identified when I deleted the existing structure files and clicked again on "Load data".
