HDF5 error: duplicate key. #223

The processing stops with the error message: "Unable register datatype atom (Can't insert duplicate key)"

Did anybody get this error before?

I remember that I had this error before, but I have forgotten what fixed the issue ...

BTW, it is the binaries, not the version compiled on my machine.

can you check if the reuse option was on and if this error still occurs if it is turned off?
