A subset of jobs returned 'Eqw' for qstat. Looking further (using qstat -j <job_id>| grep error) showed
error reason 66: 10/23/2015 12:12:13 [4478:2758]: error: can't chdir to /imaging/analysis/CPCluster/CellProfiler-2.0/redhat_6/20140723162855_6c2d8960e68b238be9005ee0c0dbb38f50d87b8a: No such file or directory
This is most likely a transient error connected to recent server problems, so it's not worrisome in itself. But in BatchProfiler, these jobs show as "Running" though they've stalled out.
