I started using the RunCellpose plugin to include the cellpose segmentation into the cellprofiler pipeline rather than doing it separately as a pre-processing step. This works fine so far, but in my former segmentation procedures, I was modifying the cellpose parameters "flow_threshold" and "cellprob_threshold" since this provided a better cell segmentation for my specific use case. Unfortunately these parameters can't be defined in the RunCellpose plugin. Any chance this will be added in future releases?
