Error in illumination correction example pipeline #39

There are 4 piplines in the example. In “ExampleIlluminationCorrection_Example1_AllMethod” pipeline it shows following error, For reference CP version 3.1.8 & OS is ubuntu, illumination_example_error1 I request the concerned team to update the example pipeline in the webpage. This issue is also with reference to a forum question, https://forum.image.sc/t/error-while-processing-correctilluminationcalculate/30053/2

Hi, I am using the CellProfiler tutorial images and workflow to explore the illumination correction approach, but I am unable to run it because of the following error message: Error while processing CorrectIlluminationCalculate: ‘ascii’ codec can’t decode byte 0xff in position 37: ordinal not in range(128) Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed? There are 4 piplines in the examples, which one are you trying?? Because I tried all the 4. Expect “ExampleIlluminationCorrection_Example1_AllMethod” pipeline rest all seems to work fine. In this case I also encouter the similar error. Regards, Lakshmi 6d If you guys let me know what pipeline(s) fail for which version(s) of CellProfiler, we can figure if it is a bug, or just that the example pipelines need to be updated, in which case you can file an issue 1 letting us know CellProfiler version, OS, which pipeline(s) are having problems, etc.
