partially solved: CLI CMV regime does save logs, see commit 04e484abf3a7250492d8ff935e662bdb3e359bb1

job file is "reconstructable" from the logs....

essentially solved with commit 414eab3aa300f549490487be6e54156f1707632a (report jobs into own logs) and remaining std.outs ironed out with commit 11a6fb173e93b000c9ee13afdbd089e9bff969c9 (no console output, all via logs)
