J-Link Edu Mini and UrJTAG did the job for me. I had to build UrJTAG from source however, Ubuntu package is way to old!Can't remember if it's 1.8V, or 3.3V though.

Can you please share the pinout for the jtag? Is it the OCDS jtag?
