Roaming presents wrong connection info #475

Apparently (and specifically on Samsungs) when you are roaming (here without packet data) the baseband (BP) or AP reports the wrong connection data.

Here is how it look in the Service Mode menu on a Samsung Galaxy S4-mini (GT-I9195) when roaming abroad.

Here the BP CID is shown as 0x6e5a6 (452006), whereas the AP CID is shown as 7232101...

It would be nice if someone could confirm this behavior.

@E3V3A I couldn't find this issue when I filed #584, but this is definitely 1 of the things I was also thinking of when I did.… Is that app's info better / worse / different than what you receive via the Service Mode menu in this case?

I would always trust the buggy Service Mode over the half broken AOS API, as it getting it's info from there anyway.
