Reasenberg declustering is not working properly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Get/load catalog/from fdsn website/IRISDMC'
Click on 'select end date up to 1980 lat(0-40) long(60-100) and fetch'
Scroll down to 'catalog/Decluster (reasenberg) with default input
See error

Expected behavior The 2 events in screenshot should be in a cluster but they are not detected
