Not possible to get estimates #3

Describe the bug It was not possible to estimates, therefore compare counts vs estimation. There were some NaN values generated in one or two steps before, that might to be the cause of this problem.

It is now possible by following commits: 9ee935a813a3d62fee5ebb24f28371fa9ffe9965, cee3adcd62c7c17764f51b68ed2bef340d7b4ae4 and e29d5fa075b7124296a48134738f637fa656d3d8
