Even though there is "poscounts" for the parameter of "sizeFactors", I get this error

heart: (index= 4)
How it looks like
Error in nbinom.estimation(counts.subsampled.converted): Size factor estimation failed! Probably due to sparsity of the matrix! Try poscounts instead as variable sizeFactors
