Converts the original CWITC cta to a banner

It's not quite what I was aiming for in large screen sizes ...

I wanted to put it in a container so it would line up with the rest of the body content, but that introduces weird margins in smaller screen sizes ☹️

tips/improvements welcome.

I think it's fine not being in a container. I would think the More Info button would look better if it was all the way to the right of the screen.

Maybe add a chevron right icon to the button.
