1.0 beta 版本全局模式无法使用 #43

更新到 4.1.6 内核和1.0 beta 版后只能使用手动或 PAC 模式，使用全局模式时设置路由模式为 bypass cn&private 则无法访问任何境外网站。 Error Log: v2ray.com/core/app/proxyman/outbound: failed to process outbound traffic > v2ray.com/core/proxy/vmess/outbound: connection ends > context canceled
