NameError: global name 'escape_string' is not defined #18

When escape_string is called from print_translatestring in decompiler/init.py, "NameError: global name 'escape_string' is not defined" results, causing decompilation to fail.

Oops, seems that I missed that in the rewrites. It should be fixed by b3afeeac8758be7ba17243d636b3467e545b73ab
