screendecompiler.py manages the parsing of ui.statements to screen language. A lot of bugfixes relating to atl, dupilcate elif statements, fixed code being printed twice/indented wrong.

I merged it, but you may or may have not noticed I added you as a commiter to the project, so no need to pass changes through me anymore.
