Add fedora 29 to testing infrastructure #94

Final freeze for fedora 29 was few days ago [1] and should be released at the enn of this month.

The image in docker hub docker.io/fedora:29 is quite outdated (Upgrade 57 Packages + Install 34 Packages). It is possible to either update all packages or to use image from fedora registry registry.fedoraproject.org/fedora:29
