We are missing dockerfiles for cockpit based on centos, which multiple projects such as the atomic registry make use of (https://github.com/cockpituous/cockpit/tree/master/containers/kubernetes). It would be good if the same were added.

Please check PR #57 for partial fulfillment of this goal. There is more that needs to be done. Built image of this available at docker hub as mohammedzee1000/centos-cockpit-kubernetes
