builds not flowing #443

We merged a PR, but the image hasn't shipped. I can't access the activity tab in the build UI either, it just spins.

Wait...it seems like the image got reverted. The time stamp is now from Mar 15, but going back to an earlier version (e.g. stream9-1710868373) I see a newer date. And we definitely had a newer version for some period of time yesterday.

Something went wrong with the release pipeline?

No idea what went wrong there, but I did https://github.com/CentOS/centos-bootc/pull/444 just to see what happens

Latest is

"Created": "2024-03-19T19:58:18.266077442Z" and has the expected changes from git.
