Deprecated EOL images since Oct 2020

Some images are EOL like postgresql-96, mongodb-34, mariadb-102 and python-36

@phracek this doesn't appear to be issue with your PR. Some of the repos don't have cccp.yaml

This is a known issue with CI where after an image is in the index if the file goes missing, it breaks CI for everyone else. @bamachrn can we comment out the entries untill that can be fixed.?
