At the moment, we're showing up test tags for all images in the registry UI and it requires a manual cleanup until #551 is addressed.

@cdrage proposed the idea of adding a static text to test tag so that UI can blacklist such tags. For example cccp-test-<random-test-tag>

This is taken care of, as we are not pushing extra tags any more.
