Renamed trigger CI to functional ci #680

This PR is to make sure we are following same nomenclature for all the CI triggering files. i.e. unittests -> ccp_ci_unittests.sh functional -> ccp_ci_functional.sh container-index -> ccp_ci_container_index.sh
