Introduce CentOS image with oVirt Guest Agent #127

Added kickstart based on CentOS-7-x86_64-GenericCloud-201606-r1.ks with the only addition of the ovirt-guest-agent-common package.

Ok, let's get a test build done for the may images and then prove it for ga in June images.

I'm not in charge of building the cloud images, so nothing I can do for this, sorry

@sandrobonazzola there is an ovirt 4.3, - if you update this ks to point at that, we can get the builds done
