CentOS 8 cloud images #166

Found my way here via a CentOS-devel mailing list thread. Hopefully this is still the place where CentOS cloud images are born. I'd like to formally request cloud images for CentOS 8. I'm specifically interested in ones for OpenStack (qcow2).

I'm happy to pitch in and help. It appears these are house in /tree/master/cloudimg. Unless someone knows better, I will attempt to add support there.
